Hi, It’s me again. So it’s been 3 days that I haven’t written anything, I know, I’m sorry.

I make the promise to myself to write everyday, somehow I’m still missing it. Well not somehow, it was because I was really really tired in the past couple days. And my head hurts. I mean it hurts. days in nights, even when I’m working, sleeping, practicing yoga.

The funny thing about it is, when it comes to my body, I delayed fixing it. I made an appointment to the doctor to go accupuncture my head, and I haven’t gone for 3 days. I was hoping for some miracle that the hurt will heal itself. My head hurts, and I stop complaining about it. I can only tell you now – my imaginary reader 😀 . I feel like we have a safe zone that I can freely talk about what I do without any judgement, like you should go to doctor, you should fix it. I know, I know, it’s just I don’t know why I haven’t gone. So I want to talk about my day today to see where it went wrong.

I woke up at 7 AM yesterday, took a very hot shower, made hot tea. Then I meditate for a good 30 minutes because my head hurts. During the meditation, there’s a very very strange thoughts coming: I have absolutely no reason to live and to exist on this earth. It’s a random thought my unconscious is telling me.

8:30 AM, my yoga teacher came, it was extremely heavy work and I was practicing while my head is pounding. At the end of the session, I sweat like there’s no tomorrow and feel total beat up.

10:00 AM : I arrived in the kitchen, we are making Passion fruit mango sorbet today, and we are also making Mangonada. One of my newest invention. It took me a full 4 hours to make the Muối ớt sauce, and it’s not even done.

Noon: We made yoghurt, because we ran out.

3:00 PM : We tested all new recipe that I prepared the flavor is as follows:
– Begian Chocolate: This is the 3rd time, and I almost perfect this recipe. We will need to try around 2 more time before we went into mass production.
– Young coconut: A small set back, it’s quite sweet. I need to do it all over again
– Strawberry: First time try out, and it’s almost there. I will need to remove the taste of milk in there and give space for strawberry. Some adjustment.
– Honey Cashew butter: This will go on quite awhile to test, probably 5-6 more times to find the balance. I still don’t know how to ” Ngào đường” the nuts.

It took us around 4 hours to finished this, but we still need to tested them again next week. During the kitchen work, I need to figure out my stock is enough, my milk if it’s arriving tomorrow. What about the packaging, do I have enough? Will I need to order double. I mean I can tell you that it’s a whole pile of thing.

By the time the kitchen finished is 7 ish, then I move on to do administration task. How much stock of the paper bag, how many set of spoons and forks, how can we bring there, what else need to do.

I got home around 9 PM, waiting for a guy to bring some stuff from home.
I got to sat down at the sofa, with my bean bag at 10:00 PM, and I crashed. I mean literally crashed, like I can’t move an arm and a leg.

I just lie there, in total stillness and darkness, doesn’t have any piece of energy left to do anything. I wanted to write notes, but I just can’t find any thread of life in my in order to write. So I compose it in my head, and writing it down right now.

We are going into massive production mode today because we are preparing for the sales tomorrow. And I’m already late for work, but I decided to take 30 minutes to myself to write everything down before I completely turned into a workaholic type.

Let’s hope that I have the time to go accupuncture my head, and won’t be lying down dead in my sofa today. 🙂
